DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your products carefully so that they will not get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact charlie@relaxmax.com.au. Please include photos of the damage or fault and we will arrange to send a replacement to you at no cost.
